| XZ Sports is a newly formed company set up for the purpose of promoting and marketing sports and event management will form a large part of everyday operations. The company was setup by a group of individuals with years of experience in event management and organizing specifically in the area of sports. At the point of commencement, the company is concentrating on the sport of billiards in all its disciplines of billiards, snooker, pool and carom. |

| To help promote this sport of great commercial potential, XZ Sports intends to support and sponsor events at a considerable scale with the aim of bringing the sport to a higher percentage of the population in view of building a platform from which to move forward. Apart from these, the company intends to bring a wider variety of billiards sports accessories and equipment under its XZ brand to be promoted and marketed to the public. |

| One area XZ Sports is looking at is the sponsorship of amateur players in the hope of assisting them on their way to the top. With the wealth of experience behind the setting up and everyday running of the company, XZ Sports will seek to move and expand into other sports and sporting events and look to build on its base of operations and by working in tandem with all in the sporting fraternity. |
